Circadia vs.
Flow.
Clean Canadian spring water with a light flavour and an alkaline story. We are glad it exists. It is hydration with a halo, not a formula, with no targeted nutrients and no sense of the hour.
Flow is made by Flow Beverage Corp.Better than a plastic bottle, not a recyclable can.
Home team.
The alkaline story is a halo
A pH around 8.1 sounds meaningful, but your stomach is strongly acidic by design, so the pH of a drink does little once you swallow it. The water is fine. The wellness framing is doing more work than the water is.
Hydration is the floor
Naturally occurring minerals are pleasant and not the same as dosing the vitamin D, choline and magnesium gaps common in Canadian diets. We target those on purpose, in absorbable forms.123
No clock, no function
Flow is one carton for any hour. Circadia is two cans built for the two ends of your day, RISE to climb and DRIFT to wind down.4
- 1 Statistics Canada. A meaningful share of Canadians have vitamin D blood levels below the recommended threshold, especially in winter. View source ↗
- 2 NIH Office of Dietary Supplements. Many adults take in less magnesium than the estimated average requirement. View source ↗
- 3 Schuette et al. (1994), JPEN. Magnesium bound to an amino acid (glycinate) is absorbed more efficiently than poorly soluble magnesium oxide. View source ↗
- 4 Cortisol follows a daily rhythm, climbing in the morning and falling at night. Intake can be timed to it. View source ↗
