the science

Every milligram, on the can.

Every functional ingredient is listed at its actual milligram on the can. No proprietary blends, no fairy-dust doses, no language designed to obscure. Below: how we approach formulation, and what each subbrand actually delivers.

Our scientific approach

We don’t chase a hundred percent of everything. We dose for what your diet can’t easily provide, at the amount that actually matters. An insurable dose, calibrated to the gap.

A 2012 Health Canada study examined whether Canadian adults meet their nutrient requirements through food intake alone. The data was clear: most of us fall short on a specific handful, vitamin D, vitamin A, calcium, magnesium, and potassium, while comfortably meeting our intake of B-vitamins, vitamin C, and most water-soluble nutrients through everyday meals.

We built circadia around that gap, and we deliberately don’t push every ingredient to 100% DV. We focus on what actually matters at the dose that actually matters: an insurable amount, calibrated to the gap. No fairy-dusting.
