Circadia vs.
Liquid I.V..
Its whole pitch is faster hydration, powered by about 11 grams of sugar and a heavy dose of sodium per stick. We hydrate without making sugar the mechanism or salt the headline.
Liquid I.V. is made by Unilever.A lot of salt for someone who is not depleted.
Sugar as the mechanism
Around 11 grams per 16 g stick is central to how it works, which means a few servings a day quietly stack up. For everyday sipping that is sugar you did not need. We hydrate at four to five grams.12
A lot of salt you probably do not need
A stick can carry around 500 mg of sodium. Most Canadians already eat well past the recommended limit, so adding more is rarely the gap. We run potassium-forward and keep sodium deliberately low.3
A premix is not targeting
A general vitamin blend rides along with the electrolytes. It is not the same as dosing the specific nutrients Canadians are short on, in absorbable forms, which is what we built around.45
