Circadia vs.
Rumble.

A real-food shake meant to stand in for a meal, with the calories to match, in a plastic bottle. Circadia is the opposite by design: not a meal, just the targeted nutrients a normal diet misses, timed to the clock.

Rumble is made by Rumble Supershake.

Where the gap opens
01

We are not trying to be lunch

Rumble packs around 250 calories of protein and fats to stand in for a meal. Circadia is the deliberate opposite: not enough to replace food, just the few nutrients a normal diet tends to miss. Different tools for different problems.1

02

Broad nutrition, no aim

A meal shake spreads a little across everything to feed you. We concentrate the formula on vitamin D, choline, magnesium and glycine, then dose each to actually register, in absorbable forms.234

03

A meal has no clock, and comes in plastic

Rumble is one bottle, usually breakfast, in single-use plastic. Circadia is two moments by design, RISE to climb and DRIFT to wind down, in a recyclable can.56
